Penalty catalog
Version 25.03
I. Games Not Played:
The regular season is divided into four parts, and there are four review dates by which each GM must have completed a specified number of games. If they fall below this number, they will receive penalty points.
* During the final review, the Executive sets a minimum number of games for the season. This is the minimum number of games needed to achieve DYNE+ and avoid penalties. This is usually around 27, but can be higher or lower depending on the season.
If a GM makes an effort to play games but only receives constant rejections, he must notify the Exe in a timely manner, provide evidence, and may receive a more lenient penalty. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
II. In-Game Rule Violations:
If a player violates the Fairness Guide, he will receive a penalty. Generally speaking, every GM should ensure that the game is played as fairly and realistically as possible. The aim is for both players to enjoy the game.
III. Out-of-Game Rule Violations:
GMs (or coaches) also have duties outside of the game. This includes, for example, entering results and stats or maintaining a good tone, etc.
IV. Management Rule Violations:
Penalties for Management Errors.
V. Effects of Penalty Points:
The penalty catalog shows the effects of penalty points.
VI. Reducing penalty points:
You can reduce penalty points at the end of the season through "good deeds."
If a GM reaches the minimum number of games required for DYNE+ at the end of the season, two penalty points will be waived.
If all stats are completed by the end of the regular season, one penalty point will be waived.
If both points are reached, the GM may also choose two DYNE+ bonuses.
Anyone who has voted for all awards by the end of the awards season (MVP election) will have one penalty point deducted
