The moderators reserve the right to impose sanctions in the event of violations.

a) Legal Liability

The Internet is not a legal vacuum; the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany must be observed.

b) Participation

There is no entitlement to participate in the community. Active participation in the forum cannot be claimed, demanded or otherwise enforced in any form. The operator of the forum reserves the right to temporarily or permanently deny users active participation in the community, even without stating specific reasons.

c) Tone of Voice and Netiquette

The usual netiquette for forums must be observed in the forum area. Treat other forum participants as you would like to be treated yourself. Always remember that you are dealing with people and not with virtual personalities.

d) Your Own Opinion

Everyone has the right to their own opinion. Therefore, never try to impose your opinion on others.

e) New Members

Support new members in the community and new discussion participants in the forums so that they can quickly integrate and find their way around.

f) Assistance

If other users do not adhere to the forum guidelines, please inform them politely that this is not desired. Please inform the moderators or administrators of any breaches of the forum guidelines and netiquette.

g) Insults

Any insults and degradation of persons, as well as defamation and slander are prohibited.

h) Advertising and Spam

Any misuse of the forums as advertising space for websites, products or services, whether commercial or private, as well as the commercial or private offering of goods or services is prohibited. The ban on advertising also applies to usernames, and it should be noted in particular that Internet addresses are not permitted as usernames. Users who register an account solely for the purpose of advertising or who advertise immoral content will inevitably be blocked from further participation.

i) Illegal and criminally Relevant Content

Contributions that address illegal actions and processes in an unobjective manner must be omitted. Any dissemination of information about illegal activities, such as instructions on how to build viruses, illegal downloads and cracks and also inquiries on these topics are prohibited. This also includes links to third-party websites on which such information is offered. There is generally no support for illegally acquired software or other illegally acquired copyrighted materials. Inquiries in this regard will not be tolerated, and the forum does not provide a platform for the exchange of information by email or other media.

j) Discrimination, Radical Content and Incitement to Activities

Discrimination and degradation of minorities and marginalized groups will not be tolerated. Racism and hate propaganda and the dissemination of radical ideas are prohibited.

k) Pornographic and other Content Harmful to Minors

The linking and advertising of pornographic or erotic content and offers that are not suitable for minors and are harmful to minors, in particular image documents, is strictly prohibited. The dissemination of other content that is harmful to minors or immoral, e.g. glorification of violence, is also not tolerated.

l) Username

All forum guidelines also apply to the choice of user name. Each user may only have one account. If a user has been blocked from participating in the community by the forum moderator, a new registration under a new name is not permitted. If a user has been blocked, they can contact the relevant moderator or an administrator by email at any time and ask for clarification; a discussion of the situation in the forum is undesirable.

m) Image Documents

All forum guidelines also apply to the publication of image documents.

n) Individual Cases and Exceptions

In individual cases and exceptions not covered by the forum guidelines, the moderation and administration will decide on the basis of the facts available in the case in question and reserves all rights.
